I would really like to thank Dr. Emre, Semanur and all the assistants for a wonderful session.I went to Health Eterna for my DHI hair transplant surgery on a very short notice. Everything was coordinated simply via whatsapp. During the entire process, the people from Health Eterna were really understanding, helpful and i had few direct phone calls before even doing any payments.When all my questions were cleared, I had to do a small booking fee. After this, I received all my bookings. Pickup (to and fro from the hotel) was included during the hair transplant as well as from the airport. During the transplant, I got a professional English translator who was with me during the entire session (whole day) and cleared my questions which I asked during the surgery.I would also like to thanks Dr. Emre who performed the surgery on me. Before starting, I had a long discussion with him where I explained him what i expect and what looks good. He cleared all my concerns and we proceeded with the operation. He did the entire extraction process himself and was frequently in the operation room during the plantation process (to see the status, etc)A special thanks to wonderful Semanur who organized everything and was with me on the day of operation as well as for first washing. She really made me feel welcomed and at ease on my first visit to Istanbul and is continuously in touch with me regarding any queries I have. She also have a YouTube and Instagram channel where you can see every update from Health Eterna.All in all, highly recommended.
I came into contact with Semanur through a friend of mine. She is an interpreter and can translate for me from Dutch to Turkish, and vice versa my contact person at Health Ettens. From the first contact everything went very smoothly and there was open communication. Any questions you have will be answered as quickly as possible. In my case Rhinoplastic. I have been dealing with this for many years and now my wish has come true through health Eterna. You will be guided very well from the moment you land until you leave. Everything as explained in the quotation. Of course, everyone has their own emotions about their procedure, and I was also very well supported in this. Since the final result will only be visible after a year, I can already report that I am extremely happy with what I have seen and I can now breathe through 2 nostrils again. We also listen very carefully to what you want and what you can expect. You will be carefully tested and examined before the procedure. The care in the hospital was also excellent. Dr. Tayfun Demirel is really great ( Instagram) and I am grateful that he did my nose. I will therefore definitely recommend Health Eternal. Because even though I am now back home, if there is something I can simply contact my contact person and I will receive an answer as soon as possible. So it doesn't stop when you get back home. The contact remains and I like that.
I had hair implants, a rhinoplasty, eyelid correction, and 28 dental crowns… the best decision ever. I would never have had this done in Belgium. Where do I begin, fantastic service from Health Eterna. Booked on the highly praised recommendation of a friend and even those expectations were exceeded. All transfers were either timely or ahead of schedule. Client coordinators were there for you every step of the way, from big things like procedures to little things like food app recommendations whilst recovering. This also started way before arrival with consistent informative conversations with Furkan where no question was left unanswered. However meeting Semy and Hafsa in person, the service didn't falter. I planned this trip around my 30th birthday and they made it so special for me providing the best chocolate cake I've ever eaten! Along with a very thoughtful gift. My daughter and I travelled to Istanbul to have a septorhinoplasty for my daughter. From the moment we met our translator Oz until we left for the airport to go home, it was a flawless and extremely easy and well managed experience. The hotel was also fabulous with such helpful staff.Oz was amazing and always there on the end of the phone if we needed him. The surgeon Dr Tayfun was fantastic, great sense of humour to put my daughter and I at ease and he did such an amazing job with fixing Megan’s nose after an accident when she was a child. Excellent and professional service. Health Eterna provided a rhinoplasty surgery for my daughter in November 2022. They looked after us from start to finish and dealt with any concerns that we had. The surgeon Dr Tayfun Demirel did an amazing job and the result was exactly what my daughter wanted. Health Eterna booked our accommodation in a 5 star hotel and they transferred us to and from the clinic when we needed to go. They also provided us with a translator who is a lovely guy called Ogus. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the week and nothing was too much trouble for him and we continue to be friends to this day. Anyone who is needing one of Health Eterna's services, rest assured they will be glad they chose them.
From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience. My first interaction started out six months ago as an inquiry. Within 48 hours, I submitted photos and received feedback about the suggested procedures (Rhinoplasty, Lipo, Hair transplant and Laminate veneers).
