Excellent and professional service. Health Eterna provided a rhinoplasty surgery for my daughter in November 2022. They looked after us from start to finish and dealt with any concerns that we had. The surgeon Dr Tayfun Demirel did an amazing job and the result was exactly what my daughter wanted. Health Eterna booked our accommodation in a 5 star hotel and they transferred us to and from the clinic when we needed to go. They also provided us with a translator who is a lovely guy called Ogus. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the week and nothing was too much trouble for him and we continue to be friends to this day. Anyone who is needing one of Health Eterna's services, rest assured they will be glad they chose them.
From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience. My first interaction started out six months ago as an inquiry. Within 48 hours, I submitted photos and received feedback about the suggested procedures (Rhinoplasty, Lipo, Hair transplant and Laminate veneers). All of my concerns and expectations were heard and communicated to the doctor by my coordinator at Health Eterna. I arrived one week ago by myself from the UK for my surgery. I loved that my package was all inclusive, I didn’t have to worry about transportation to/from airport or my doctor. The hotel booked for me was phenomenal, with 24/7 dinning. The interpreter Oguz that accompanied me on my appointments was so friendly and accommodating. He made sure to help me locate nearby stores for my medications, personal needs, kept me updated once in surgery, and made suggestions about what to do and where to go during my time in Istanbul.On the days of surgery, I met with my doctor/s, dentist and their nurses. They answered all of my questions in detail and addressed all of my expectations very honestly. My surgery went very well as did my recovery in the hospital and in my hotel room. My pain was very minimal and I had zero issues. I just met with my doctor for my final check-up before departure. I absolutely LOVE MY RESULTS!!! Again, he answered my list of questions and ensured me to reach out if I thought of anything else. Sincerely and Strongly recommend all people out there who wants to make some changes in their life.
